fix: TypeScript errors in CI

- ContextMenu: remove unused cleanup variable (never assigned, TS 6 infer as never)
- GlobalVariableManager: add explicit boolean type to event handler param
- LogPanel: use openPath instead of deprecated open from @tauri-apps/plugin-opener
